Need help for Picture ID on course Page?
  • Click on the Picture ID option on the course page.
  • Click on "Add Submission".
  • Drag and drop the image file. (File should be less than 5 mb)
  • The image should be in JPEG file format.
  • Click on Save.
Need help for Profile Picture on Profile Page?
  • Click on your name at the top right-hand side on the web page.
  • Click on the Edit option.
  • Drag and drop the image file. (File should be less than 5 mb)
  • It should be in JPEG file format.
  • Click on Save.
Is your chapter getting stuck?
  • This is possible due to low internet speed or browser issue.
  • You can try clearing the browser's cache memory and take the course again.
  • You can also switch to Google Chrome browser and view the course.
Is your chapter or quiz NOT getting check marked?
  • This is possible due to low internet speed or browser issue.
  • You can try clearing the browser's cache memory and take the course again.
  • You can also switch to Google Chrome browser and view the course.
Extending my enrollment period:

Need more Simulations views:

Email up with your Name and email address (the email address that you used for logging on the Simulator App) to info@learntodrill.com. This may take one working day to process your request.

I can not run simulation on my PC
  • We currently do not have a PC version for the Simulation.
  • It may take up to 6 to 8 months for PC version to be released.
  • Please follow the steps mentioned on the course page
